We interrupt our Spring Break/Travel series to talk about PENTHOUSE INTERIORS.

Do you ever find yourself daydreaming of what it would be like to live in the penthouse of a one-of-a-kind high rise? In Austin, that’s becoming more and more of a reality. With high rises popping up on nearly every downtown street corner, real estate prices continue to rise and people continue to flock to the downtown area, scooping up the best units on the market. Whether it be in New York, Paris, Chicago or Austin, we find some of our favorite design inspirations from penthouse interiors. Even better? Every single piece we have in the showroom would look stunning against the skyline amidst floor-to-ceiling windows spanning an entire home. Take a look at some of our favorite penthouse inspirations right now – get out your pocketbooks, some are even for sale!

We love this industrial loft space in Miami. Especially how they’ve glammed it up with a neutral color palette, indoor plants and crystal chandeliers.

Another glamorous Miami penthouse dripping in stark white finishes. We love how vast everything is in this shot – from the chandelier to the large indoor plants. These large pieces provide great juxtaposition to the slender furniture too!

Refined elegance decorates this prewar penthouse home in New York City. We love it so much we had to post two images of this home! The lighting, color palette and antique touches finish out the space in an unforgettable way. We can’t get enough of the sunroom in the second image. A perfect place to read a book or enjoy an afternoon tea!

Fashion designer Naeem Khan’s penthouse in Miami provides beautiful light and simplicity. We adore the neutral colors and stark whites contrasted against brass, greenery and art.

This space coined the “Murdoch Pad” is for sale right now with the Corcoran Group. If you’ve never heard of this firm, be sure to check out their Instagram – one of our favorites feeds to scroll through when looking for design inspiration!

Another great penthouse property located in New York City features stunning light fixtures, modern furniture and clean lines. We love the contrast of the iron black window frames.

And finally, our last featured penthouse located in New York City. From the over-the-top chandelier to the natural light and zebra print rug – this property really has it all!
