PRICES & SHIPPING
 

Prices do not include shipping. All shipping quotes are negotiated with our preferred partners for the best possible rate available. For accurate shipping quotes, please provide us with a zip code. All shipping quotes include packing, insurance and curbside delivery, unless otherwise specified. In-home delivery and unpacking can be arranged for an additional fee.

 

Our worldwide shipping partners are independent, bonded and insured companies that specialize in handling fragile, high value items. Pieces are evaluated individually to determine whether they will be crated, boxed or blanket-wrapped in order to ensure the safest delivery.

 

Once a shipping quote has been approved by you, you will be contacted by the shipping company for payment and details regarding shipping procedures and estimated time of arrival.

 
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
 

We accept cash, personal or business checks, wire transfers, Mastercard and Visa. You may provide us with your credit card information by phone (512.457.0077) or by fax (512.306.8786). We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until payment has cleared.

 

We also offer layaway payment options - please contact us for more information.

 

All orders delivered within the state of Texas must pay the 8.25% sales tax, unless we have a current resale certificate on file. All orders delivered outside the state of Texas are tax-exempt.

 
 
TRADE DISCOUNTS
 

We honor a trade discount to interior designers and antiques dealers. Click here to register. Trade discounts do not apply to sale prices of items that have been marked down for promotional purposes.

 

 

HOLDS
 

We can hold items for 48 hours on weekdays. We cannot hold items over the weekend. If there are multiple parties simultaneously interested in the same piece, we cannot place it on hold, and the piece will sell on a first-come first-serve basis.

RETURN/APPROVAL POLICY
 

All sales are final. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full store credit (valid one year from the date of purchase), provided that it is returned to us in the same condition as it was purchased. Pieces must be shipped back to us, at your expense, properly packed and fully insured. Restocking fees may apply.

 

Local customer approvals: If you would like to see a piece in its destined environment before you purchase it, you may take the item "on approval" for 24 hours. You just need to fill out a release form (provided by us) and provide us with either a check for the full amount of the item or a valid credit card number as a deposit. You may pick up the item yourself or we can arrange delivery for you (at your expense). If you decide to return the item, simply do so before the approval period expires and you will not be charged. If you decide to keep the piece we will process payment after the expiration of the approval period.
